The March 24 Halau Ha'a kea o' Kinohi  workshop in Napa, Ca. Over 80 people showed up for this free event and made the front page of the local newspaper. 

 

This photo was taken at a Luau in Napa. The Lady in the center to the Left is Monica Long, who danced Hula professionally with some of the greatest Hawaiian performers such as Johnny Almeida, Gabby Pahinui and the like. We were privledged to provide her with music for her  and her daughter,  Desiree Pangan to her right, who danced for the sold-out crowd who attended.

Jan 07, Jerry performing with "3 Scoops of Aloha" at the Royal Hawaiian Waikiki. Jerry Played sax with 3 scoops (Iz's backup band) on a cruise ship a few years ago and became good friends with Mel Amina (guitarist) and Ana Aina (Bassist).   

Sept. '06, Jerry performing with "The Waimea Cowboy" Ernie Cruz Sr. for the Paniolo Festival at the Hilton Waikoloa on the Big Island. Ernie recently won the prestigious Hawaii Music award for "Best Country Album" of the year . Jerry often fills in on Bass or Keyboards forErnie.

 

"Aloha in the Park" March 17, 2007 was a free public event we put on to share the "Aloha Spirit" in St. Helena, Ca. Over 100 people showed up for a last minute  organized event. Just shows how powerful the mana'o and mele is!

May 5,2007 Las Vegas 10th annual Lei Day Festival at the California Hotel Casino. Over 15,000 people showed up for the event. Makaha Sons performed after we did for a spectacular end to the festival.
